An individual evidence dossier is a private collection of linked records and teacher checks. Triangulation means comparing different evidence sources before deciding what they support. The retained PBLWorks practitioner passage supports looking beyond the final product. The UK marking passage concerns validity in high-stakes qualifications. Neither validates contribution attribution from digital traces or tests this AI workflow. The catalogue evidence label is retained; the organisation steps are local design choices. Keep the individual dossier, interviews and all judgments in an approved offline or local teacher system.

PBLWorks warns that final-product focus can obscure process learning; include drafts and process records locally.
UK marking principles say agreement with human marks alone cannot assure validity; agreement cannot substitute for teacher checks.

Separate the private dossier from safe records

Bound one dossier to one decision and two criteria. Use optional assessment plans, team commitments and conference records, or equivalent teacher documents, locally. Send only nonidentifying record structure and content links to AI, never a learner profile.
